1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using our Services, you represent that:

- SMS/Text messaging capabilities
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Services at any time.
3. Account Registration

To use our Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

- Not share your account with others
- Use strong, unique passwords

- Honoring opt-out requests promptly
- Complying with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA)
- Scrubbing lists against the National Do Not Call Registry
5.2 SMS Messaging
You agree to comply with all SMS messaging regulations, including:
- Obtaining express written consent before sending promotional messages
- Providing clear opt-out instructions in messages
- Honoring STOP requests within 24 hours
- Sending messages only during appropriate hours
6. Insurance Industry Compliance
Users in the insurance industry must:
- Maintain required licenses in applicable states
- Comply with state insurance regulations
- Provide accurate information to consumers
- Follow carrier-specific guidelines and requirements
- Not make misleading claims about insurance products
7. Fees and Payment
7.1 Subscription Fees
Some Services require payment of subscription fees. By subscribing, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your subscription plan.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- Merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
- Non-infringement
- Accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LESSTIME AI SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

- Loss of profits, revenue, or data
- Business interruption
- Damages exceeding amounts paid by you in the prior 12 months
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LessTime AI from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any laws or third-party rights
- Your content or data
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Non-payment of fees
- Illegal or fraudulent activity
- Any reason with 30 days' notice
Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.
13. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.
13.2 Arbitration
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except for claims seeking injunctive relief.

- Severability: If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
- Waiver: Failure to enforce a provision does not waive our right to enforce it later.
- Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our consent.

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes via email or through the Services. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
