Express Written Consent Agreement
This document constitutes your prior express written consent to receive telephone calls and text messages from LessTime AI using automated technology. Please read this agreement carefully before providing your consent.
1. Parties to This Agreement
This Phone and Text Communication Consent Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between:
- LessTime AI ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), the provider of CRM and communication services
- You ("Consumer," "you," or "your"), the individual providing consent to receive communications
2. Scope of Consent — Communication Technologies
By providing your telephone number and affirmatively consenting (by checking the applicable consent boxes, clicking "I Agree," signing this form, or verbally agreeing during a recorded call), you provide your prior express written consent to receive communications from LessTime AI through any and all of the following technologies and methods:
Automatic Telephone Dialing System (ATDS)
Equipment with the capacity to store or produce telephone numbers using a random or sequential number generator and dial such numbers automatically.
Predictive Dialer
Automated system that dials multiple numbers simultaneously and connects answered calls to available agents based on algorithmic predictions.
Power Dialer
Automated dialing system that calls one number at a time from a list, automatically dialing the next number when the previous call ends.
Progressive Dialer
Automated system that dials numbers one at a time as agents become available, connecting live answers to representatives.
Preview Dialer
Semi-automated system that presents contact information to agents who then initiate calls, with automated dialing upon agent command.
Prerecorded Voice Messages
Telephone calls that deliver pre-recorded audio messages, including voicemails, announcements, and informational recordings.
Artificial Voice Messages
Calls utilizing synthesized, computer-generated, or text-to-speech voice technology to deliver messages.
AI-Generated Voice Systems
Telephone calls utilizing artificial intelligence, machine learning, or neural network technology to generate voice communications, including conversational AI agents.
Robocalls
Any automated telephone call that delivers a message using a prerecorded, artificial, or AI-generated voice without a live human operator.
Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
Automated phone systems that interact with callers through voice and DTMF tones input via keypad.
SMS/MMS Text Messages
Short Message Service (SMS) and Multimedia Messaging Service (MMS) text messages sent to your mobile device.
Automated Text Messaging Systems
Software platforms that send text messages automatically, including triggered messages, scheduled messages, and bulk messaging.

4. Express Written Consent Declaration
BY PROVIDING MY TELEPHONE NUMBER AND AFFIRMATIVELY INDICATING MY CONSENT, I EXPRESSLY AGREE AND CONSENT TO THE FOLLOWING:
1. I authorize LessTime AI, its affiliates, agents, service providers, and any parties calling on their behalf, to contact me at the telephone number(s) I have provided, including any wireless/cellular telephone number, using any of the automated technologies described in Section 2 above, including but not limited to: automatic telephone dialing systems (ATDS), predictive dialers, power dialers, progressive dialers, preview dialers, prerecorded voice messages, artificial voice messages, AI-generated voice systems, robocalls, interactive voice response (IVR) systems, and automated text messaging systems.
2. I understand and agree that these calls and text messages may be made for telemarketing purposes, including the advertisement and promotion of goods and services, as well as for informational and transactional purposes.
3. I understand that my consent includes consent to receive calls and messages that may include artificial or prerecorded voice messages, including those generated by artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning systems, or neural network technology.
4. I understand that by providing this consent, I may receive non-human-initiated calls where the initial portion of the call is handled by automated systems, AI agents, or prerecorded messages before being transferred to a live representative, if applicable.
5. MY CONSENT IS NOT A CONDITION OF PURCHASE. I understand that I am not required to provide this consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services from LessTime AI. I may choose not to provide consent and still engage with LessTime AI through other means.
6. I certify that the telephone number(s) I have provided belong to me or that I am authorized to provide consent for calls and messages to be sent to these number(s).
7. I understand that message and data rates may apply to any text messages sent to or received from my mobile device, and that I am solely responsible for any such charges assessed by my wireless carrier.
8. I understand that message frequency may vary depending on my interactions with LessTime AI and the nature of my account or inquiries.
9. I understand that I may revoke my consent at any time using any reasonable method as described in Section 6 below.
10. I acknowledge that this consent is provided in compliance with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), 47 U.S.C. § 227, and all applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations thereunder.
5. One-to-One Consent Acknowledgment
Important (Effective January 27, 2025): In accordance with FCC regulations, this consent applies specifically and exclusively to LessTime AI. This consent does not extend to any other company, affiliate, partner, or third party. If you wish to receive communications from any other entity, separate consent must be obtained from you directly by that entity.
By providing consent, you acknowledge that:
- Your consent is provided directly and exclusively to LessTime AI
- LessTime AI will not share or transfer your consent to third parties for their independent marketing purposes
- Any other company wishing to contact you must obtain separate, independent consent from you
6. Right to Revoke Consent — Opt-Out Methods
You have the right to revoke your consent at any time using any reasonable method. Upon receipt of your opt-out request, we will honor your request within ten (10) business days as required by the TCPA and FCC regulations.

After opting out of text messages, you will receive a final confirmation message:
7. Time of Communications
We will make telephone calls and send text messages only during the following hours, based on your local time zone:
- Phone Calls: Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time
- Text Messages: Between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time (unless transactional/time-sensitive)
You may provide separate consent to receive communications outside these hours if you wish.
8. Caller/Sender Identification
All communications from LessTime AI will:
- Clearly identify LessTime AI as the sender or caller
- Provide contact information for opting out or reaching customer service
- Display a valid caller ID or short code for text messages
- Include required disclosures in prerecorded or AI-generated voice messages
9. Record Keeping and Documentation
LessTime AI maintains records of your consent in accordance with TCPA requirements, including:
- Date and time consent was provided
- Method of consent (web form, verbal, written, etc.)
- Telephone number(s) for which consent was provided
- Scope of consent (types of communications authorized)
- Any subsequent revocation of consent
These records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years to demonstrate compliance with applicable regulations.
10. Definitions
- Automatic Telephone Dialing System (ATDS)
- Equipment which has the capacity to store or produce telephone numbers to be called using a random or sequential number generator and to dial such numbers. Also referred to as an "autodialer."
- Prior Express Written Consent
- An agreement, in writing, bearing the signature of the person called, that clearly authorizes the seller to deliver or cause to be delivered advertisements or telemarketing messages using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice.
- Prerecorded Voice Message
- Any telephone call that delivers a prerecorded message rather than a live person speaking.
- Artificial Voice
- A synthesized, computer-generated, or text-to-speech voice that is not a recording of a human speaker.
- AI-Generated Voice
- Voice content created using artificial intelligence, including but not limited to neural text-to-speech, voice cloning, or conversational AI systems.
- Telemarketing
- The initiation of a telephone call or message for the purpose of encouraging the purchase or rental of, or investment in, property, goods, or services.
- Internal Do Not Call List
- A list maintained by LessTime AI of individuals who have requested not to receive telemarketing calls from us.

By providing your telephone number and indicating your consent (by checking the box, clicking "I Agree," submitting a form, or verbally agreeing during a recorded call), you agree to all of the following:

14. Governing Law and Amendments
This Agreement is governed by the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227), Federal Communications Commission regulations, and applicable state laws. We may update this Agreement from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to you, and your continued engagement with our communications after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
